Foods that Reduce Wrinkles Appearance

We’re all do as much as we can to maintain our skin care and ensure it is as healthy as it can be, right? Well, not exactly. Sure we apply skin creams, masks and other fine products to treat it, but when was the last time you’ve checked your diet to see if it is good to your skin’s health? Don’t feel bad if it’s been a while or if you’ve never consider it – it is never too late to start thinking about it. Here’s 5 foods you can add to your daily diet, starting immediately that are good to your skin.

Green Tea

I’m the first one to admit – I NEED my coffee, but it is possible to have both coffee and tea along our day. Strat replacing your coffee with green tea, at least one cup per day. Green tea uses as natural antioxidants that work as natural anti-aging on our skin. It actually slows the aging of our skin and allow it to rejuvenate faster.

Dark Chocolate

It’s tasty, it’s healthy – it’s the best combination out there! I love it when I don’t have to drastically change my diet in order to allow my skin to be healthier. Dark chocolate is not only healthy, but it taste so good that sometimes I actually have to stop myself from having too much of it. It provides our skin with moisture and improve our blood circulation meaning, more oxygen as well. Two cubes of dark chocolate per day should do the job.

Olive Oil

Olive oil has been proven to improve our health in many ways. It is good for our hearts, it helps to ease pains and it is a good cholesterol. It is also uses as a natural skin care not only for humans but for animals too (!). So go ahead, add a teaspoon of olive oil to your salad – and do have a salad!

Tomatoes

So tomatoes, in case you didn’t know, isn’t only a natural skin care but also increases our body’s natural protection from the sun and UV light. Sure, it’s not fully protects us (so make sure you use other protective measurements out there), but it does provide us with that extra protection.

Water

Let me end this article with the most obvious nutrition – water. Drink as much water as you can. Like at least 5-7 cup per day. During winter as well. It hydrates us and our skin, it cleans our systems, and it is a much better choice than all those sugary beverages out there. And even if you do like to drink a sweet soda or juice every now and then, don’t let it be on the account of your water daily consuming.
